I can't believe I'd find my dream home unexpectedly... after watching thousands of house tours , this is the one perfectly fits what I imagined to e my dream house .

Oh wow this came up as a recommendation to watch. Thank god these days are over now!! I quarantined in Melbourne for 14 days and am so triggered haha. We weren’t allowed to have any friends drop anything off and the food was awful. One breakfast I got 4 boiled eggs and watermelon and another lunch I got given potato cakes from the servo. I was able to do a woolies order but with a mini bar fridge and no cooking facilities I lived off fruit, 2 minute noodle pots, cheese sandwiches, yogurt + granola and shapes. No proper coffee or alcohol for 2 weeks 😢

It’s pretty but it feels like the USA not Bali, and your price is way too expensive, people loves Bali because it’s cheap too, if Americans comes to buy everything, make it the American way and then raise the price to an unrealistic level it will ultimately kills Bali. For reminder Balinaise people average salary is 5$/hour…… I wonder how they feels about this.

BEWARE: For starters any bules in Indonesia with dogs are idiots. They don't even know what dogs actually mean throughout the archipelago. The house is nice of course because doing this stuff in Indonesia is cheap. But why would you want to sit around a boring house you don't own (you can't unless you are Indonesian), well back from any beach? Swamped in heat and mosquitos. Do you live in the burbs back home? Why do it in Indonesia when it's red hot, really humid and you're sweating like a pig? See the "beautiful rice field view" (sawah)? In the rainy season that is flooded and full of mosquitos, rodents and poisonous snakes. Really. Like everywhere in Indonesia it's mostly too hot to sit outside so you won't use that space except to dry surfing gear. So, they've pumped money into the renovation and of course they now want a GIANT return. Some guy below is saying USD$900 a day! WHAT? On AirBnB. Which will include a massive deposit to cover that rent and any damage, including all electrics, power, water and even maybe the water tank on the roof, the pump and controller (depending on their particular "rental contract"). Or of course all these costs may be embedded in the HUGE AirBnB price. Oh, and is there security? Because you will get robbed you dingbats. Finally, these bules don't own the house. An Indonesian individual or group does. These guys may have a long-term lease, or they may be in partnership with the Indonesians who own it - maybe through a PT company (which gets them their resident business visas). So you rent the joint for giant dollars, sit around bored out of your brain, get eaten by mosquitos, wrestle with poisonous black and white snakes, and they try to profit from it and set up more-and-more places if it's all going well. The male is probably a builder or carpenter back home and sure, they've put money and effort into it (it would have taken some overseeing for sure). Would I pay them back for that? NEVER. Especially for USD$900 a day! That's just plain stupid. As another guy said below you can rent a good entire large house right near the beach in Indonesia for USD$900 a MONTH. You can buy one (if you have an Indonesia wife or trusted person) for AUD$100,000 and upwards. But the world is full of stupid people with dogs.
